First and foremost, thank you for your business and continued support, and happy holidays to you, your colleagues and your families. 2011 was another exciting year for Network Concepts, and much of our growth and success is due to our outstanding customers.

While 2011 was a rollercoaster year. Challenging economic conditions continued to create a climate of uncertainty, impacting all business sectors. Despite these economic pressures, Network Concepts is performing very well. We generated strong year-over-year growth. We invested in new R&D and channel resources. We refreshed our brand and launched a new Network Concepts website.

We also continued to invest in developing new products and enhancing our existing portfolio. We launched NetSecure Managed Gateway Security Service that includes all hardware and unlimited technical support to run your business securely. We also recently announced the latest evolutions of our
NetProtect Remote Backup products for businesses and consumers, featuring enhancements capabilities and new features to make protecting network data easier than ever. Our state-of-the-art Netwatch system capabilities are designed to protect your valuable information and networks, allowing you to concentrate on your business. In 2012 Netwatch will be enhanced to include Managed Print Service, Smart phones and more.

 

Also rolling out in 2012 is something we have been working on for the past 18 months. Network Concepts has been working with customers of all sizes to finalize a NEW Network Support Program called NetShield. Designed to give you all of the network support, security, and maintenance you need from a full-time IT staff for a fixed monthly cost. Using Managed Services means that you transfer the day-to-day management of a specific area of business into the hands of an organization that specializes in that area. With the constant changes to technology and daily development of new threats, even a small, 5-user network requires ongoing maintenance from a highly-trained technician.
